All new patients are seen by Dr. Chowdhari in consultation at the start of their care.  Completion of a questionnaire, review of medical history, and a physical examination is essential to diagnose and plan an effective treatment program.

Note: New patient should bring any recent diagnostic testing with them at the time of the first visit.  Our office staff will be pleased to request the information from your referring physician.

   

Diagnostic with X-Ray, CT Scan, and MRI (if necessary).
Prescribing or Rearranging Medications - To relieve pain and prevent drug abuse.

Physical therapy and exercise program.

TENS units.

Nerve Blocks - Interruption of pain pathways.
Epidural Steroid Injection - To reduce swelling around nerves.
Trigger Point Injections - To relieve pain from muscle spasm in specific areas.
Facet Joint Injection - To reduce the swelling in the joint spaces.
Stellate Ganglion Injection - To reduce pain and swelling in the upper extremity, head and neck.
Spinal Cord Stimulators.
Implantable Pumps with Morphine and Beclopen.
Neuro Destructive Lesioning with Phenol or Alcohol.
Intrathecal Opiate Delivery System.
Epiduroscopy/Myeloscopy - Iysis of adhesions or scars with Racz procedure.
