University Pain Management Center was formed by Dr. Chowdhari to provide
patients suffering from the disease of pain with the widest possible range
of treatment choice to combat their suffering.
Our goal
when treating pain patients is to restore their maximum possible
functionality. This goal can cover the full spectrum of patients
expectations. In many cases, patients who arrive with no hope
eventually leave our program with their lives fully restored.
Patients may be self referred or referred
by their physician. The professional staff of University Pain
Management Center will offer treatment plans and recommendations, and
clearly define the medical benefits, risks and alternatives of each
procedure being recommended. You and your other treating physicians
will be informed of our findings and treatment to relieve your pain. |
